    Don’t compare yourself to others. Many people in the gym have been training for a few months or years.  Don’t compare yourself to their weights, everyone has started at some point. Make a plan Think about how often you can or want to go to the gym per week and make a plan when you train what.  This will help you get into a routine at the beginning.

    Start with basic exercises At the beginning, focus on exercises such as squats, deadlifts, etc. This will help you get a good muscle feeling and you will make rapid progress. Document your training  or  your progress Write down your weights with the respective Wdh for each exercise.  – Count up, this will help you to keep track of your progress & will give you extra motivation. Enjoy your training. You can design your training in so many different ways!  But the most important thing is that you have fun.  That way you will stay tuned for the long term.
