Nayana Elza played the character Air hostess in the crime thriller malayalam movie Kurup. Shine Tom Chacko, who played the role of Kurup’s hometown friend did combination scene with Nayana. In the scene, he attacks the air hostess by grabbing her hand. The airport police locks him and the next scene Kurup buys the vintage taxi car, which the air hostess called for ride. Nayana Elza appears guest roles in several malayalam movies.
